1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Cloudrix SaaS Starter Kit ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Product.
3. Intellectual Property
The following IP terms apply to the Product:
- Seller retains original IP: Cloudrix retains all rights to the original source code, design, architecture, and documentation of the SaaS Starter Kit.
- Buyer owns modifications: any code, features, or customizations you build on top of the Product are entirely yours.
- License scope: your license permits you to use the Product in your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original source code as a competing boilerplate or starter kit.
- No exclusivity: the same Product is licensed to other buyers. Your license is non-exclusive.
4. Payment Terms
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe via Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD and include lifetime access to updates within your purchased tier.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:
- If the Product does not meet your expectations, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@cloudrix.io with your order number.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
- After 14 days, all sales are final.
6. Cancellation
Since this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel. Your access to the Product and its updates is permanent for your purchased tier.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cloudrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Step 1: contact us at support@cloudrix.io and we will attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
- Step 2: if informal resolution fails, either party may pursue mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
- Step 3: if mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the Netherlands.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
